Orders and Shipping

If you have any queries regarding a product, service or current order, please contact us by email.

Items in stock will be dispatched 1-3 business days after payment has been received in full.

Items that are made to order will be given an agreed timescale by email.

Shipping is by Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, to UK only. (Includes compensation up to £150)

Please take care to enter your delivery details correctly, as we can not be held responsible for undelivered or delayed packages due to incorrect details.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy please email us and we will try to resolve the issue.

If you would like to return an item, after agreement by email, please return within 14 days of receipt.

Items will only be refunded or exchanged if returned in an immaculate condition. The cost of the item will be refunded, not including postage costs.

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by email. If the item has already been dispatched, we ask that you return the goods at your own cost, using a traceable method.

Products

As many of our products are handmade there may be slight variations, however we strive to maintain as much accuracy as possible.

Product care

Washing Wool

Wash wool items carefully by hand using a gentle detergent, cool water (30 degrees C) and not too much friction, to avoid shrinkage and felting. Soak for 15 minutes, drain then rinse in water of same temperature. Gently press to remove water.

Reshape while flat on top of dry towels. Press down to remove excess water, or roll up with towels like a scroll and squeeze.

Allow to dry flat. A steam iron will help finish.

Washing Cotton

Cotton items can be carefully machine washed at 40 degrees C, then pulled back into shape, and finished with an iron once dry.
